Could not create ticket
Create-ticket form shows tickets.create.createFailed when the create API fails without a more specific message.
Why this happens
Server/network error, validation the UI did not surface, rate limits, or captcha/category issues. Distinct from Could not load form (form never loaded).
Diagnose and fix
1. Refresh; ensure you are signed in; retry.
2. Pick a valid category; meet content/message length rules.
3. Complete captcha if required.
