Could not load affiliation overview
Affiliation page shows affiliationPage.errors.loadOverview when the overview request fails.
Why this happens
Server/network error loading overview JSON. Distinct from empty/not-available copy when the program is off or the user is ineligible (those use other strings).
Diagnose and fix
1. Refresh; sign out/in if the session is stale.
2. Admin: check API health and affiliation settings.
3. If the program is disabled, members may see Affiliation not available instead after a successful empty/disabled response.
