Emails are not arriving — checklist

Templates never fix a broken transport.

1. Settings → Main → Email delivery - mode (sendmail / SMTP / Gmail) + credentials. Send a test.

2. From address (email_from) aligns with the sending domain (SPF/DKIM).

3. Check spam/junk.

4. Open the specific template under Emails - is it enabled? Disabled = silent skip.

5. Confirm the event fired (e.g. verification only if Require email verification is on).

6. Staff/ticket admin mail needs Contact email filled.

7. Ticket mail: check legacy toggle.m_s_send_user / toggle.m_s_send_admin (empty = on).

8. Mass email: Health Center workers / Mass email queue; unsubscribed users are skipped.

9. Provider dashboard / server logs for bounces.
