When enabled, captcha is required when members create tickets and post replies (signed-in support flows).

Admin → Settings → Settings (first tab) → Captcha & abuse → Captcha on forms → Tickets

How it works
This is not guest-only — it hits logged-in users too. Useful under ticket spam from throwaway or compromised accounts; noisy on a small trusted community.

Every reply asks for captcha
That is this switch. Turn it off if you trust members; keep it on under attack.
Captcha errors block support
Fix Captcha provider keys — otherwise legitimate tickets cannot be filed.
