How it works
All of these must line up:
1. This site switch on
2. Member is Premium or Premium Pro
3. Member enables the account toggle
Then public file hits can skip prep / landing / captcha / countdown / direct-link page and go to a minted /d/{token}. Geo, maintenance, offline storage, and similar gates can still block.
Free users never get this perk. It is opt-in per member, not automatic for all Premium.
Common problems
Premium still sees prep
They have not enabled the account toggle, or the site switch is off. Confirm both.
