Too many comments — try again later
Posting comments was rate-limited (roughly tens per user/IP per hour — code defaults, not a Users & limits field).
Why this happens
Shared limiter on file, folder, and news comment POSTs. Spam or rapid posting burns the budget. Distinct from Comments are disabled and captcha failures.
Diagnose and fix
1. Visitor: wait and post less frequently.
2. Admin: no dedicated comment-rate setting — wait or temporarily disable comments (toggle.efc / folder/news toggles) if abuse continues.
3. Use Comments moderation for spam cleanup.
4. Captcha on comments can reduce bot volume before the rate limit.
