Checkout start hit a rate limit (429 premium.rateLimitCheckout / Too many checkout attempts. Try again later.).
Why this happens
Repeated premium, traffic, session, or balance checkout starts from the same client/IP in a short window. Protection against abuse — not a gateway misconfiguration.
Diagnose and fix
1. Wait for the retry window (response may include retryAfterSec); try once more.
2. Avoid hammering Pay/Buy if the first attempt is still redirecting.
3. If legitimate traffic is blocked constantly, admin should review rate-limit settings/logs.
4. Distinct from payment-provider declines after checkout starts.
