Too many abuse reports. Try again later
Report abuse returned support.rateLimitReport when too many reports were submitted in a short window. Phase 69 adds the seconds variant.
Why this happens
Anti-spam rate limit on abuse reports. False/rapid reports also hurt credibility.
Diagnose and fix
1. Wait, then submit one careful report.
2. Combine related files into one description when allowed.
