Report abuse on the file landing → /report-abuse?fileId={id} (or /report-abuse without a file)
How it works
Fields: optional name, email, Reason (copyright / illegal / malware / spam / privacy / other), Content (10–8000 chars). Optional captcha (report_abuse_captcha_enabled). Rate about 6/IP/hour. Creates an AbuseReport in pending (later declined / resolved in admin).
File must be an active non-folder file when fileId is set. Staff can get staff.abuse_received mail.
Common problems
No fileId in the URL
Describe the file URL clearly in the message.
