Support API returned support.ticketClosed (This ticket is closed.) when an action targets a closed ticket. Member UI notice: This ticket is closed. You cannot add new messages.
Why this happens
Ticket was closed by you or staff. Replies and some updates are blocked.
Diagnose and fix
1. Read the thread as history only.
2. Create a new ticket if you need more help (Sign in to create a ticket).
