Report abuse API returned reportAbuse.fileNotFound when the referenced file does not exist or is gone.

Why this happens

Stale file id, already purged, or private/unavailable file. UI alert may show the longer invalid-link message instead.

Diagnose and fix

1. Open Report abuse from the file's download page if it still exists.

2. Or describe URL/filename in the message without a linked id.
