Temporary offline
The file’s storage server is not available for download right now. The landing page may disable Create download link and APIs return this short label.
Why this happens
Server status OFF, disconnected remote node, or related offline policy. Checked at grant mint (and reflected on the page). Distinct from Preview temporarily unavailable (preview slot) and from “file no longer available” (deleted file).
Diagnose and fix
1. Admin → Servers — set the assigned server to ON; reconnect remote nodes.
2. Check Disk caps and offline servers / Health Center.
3. If the server was trashed, restore it first.
4. Ask the visitor to refresh after the node is healthy.
