The landing page preview slot is eligible for this file type, but storage is treated as offline — so the UI shows Preview temporarily unavailable.
Why this happens
isFileDownloadStorageOffline: server OFF, soft-deleted/trashed, or remote node disconnected. Full download may still hit Temporary offline style API messages. Distinct from “too large to preview” size caps.
Diagnose and fix
1. Admin → Servers — set the file’s server ON (or READONLY if that is intentional) and reconnect remote nodes.
2. If trashed: Servers → Trash → Restore.
3. Check Disk caps and offline servers / Health Center.
4. Refresh the download page after the node is healthy.
