Storage quota is full or exceeded — free up space or upgrade before restoring from trash
Trash restore blocked because restoring would exceed (or already exceeds) storage quota.
Why this happens
Same quota system as upload blocks, applied to restore. Related 403 list messages: No items could be restored with your current plan or storage quota.
Diagnose and fix
1. Permanently delete other files or upgrade the plan.
2. Restore fewer/smaller items.
