Some files exceed size — remove to continue

Queued files are over the max upload size and there is no Upgrade path — remove them to continue.

Some files exceed size — remove to continue

One or more files in the upload queue are larger than this plan’s max size. Product text: “Some files exceed {maxSize}. Remove them to continue.”

Why this happens

Same size ceiling as File exceeds maximum upload size (ul2_max_up_mb_* + Upload hard cap). This wording is the no-upgrade path — remove or shrink the oversize files; the upload button stays blocked until the queue is clean.

When a higher purchasable plan would help, you instead see Some files exceed size — upgrade to continue.

Diagnose and fix

1. Member: remove the oversized files from the queue (or compress/split them), then upload again.

2. Admin: raise Users & limits → Max upload size and/or Mods → Upload hard cap if the business allows.

3. Per-user override when only one account needs a higher cap.

4. If they should be able to upgrade, publish a higher plan with a larger max and ensure uploads are enabled on it.
