Webmaster sites list shows status Rejected (webmasterPage.sites.status.rejected) after admin review.

Why this happens

Admin declined the site (policy, ownership, or content). This is a status label, not a payout API error. Distinct from verification still pending.

Diagnose and fix

1. Member: fix the site/URL issues; add a new site or contact support if re-review is allowed.

2. Admin: document rejection reason in your process; approve only compliant sites.

4. Successful verify still needs approval when required — see ownership-verified success notice.
