How it works
Queues: Pending verification, Pending approval, Approved, Rejected, Pending (all), All sites.
Flow: submit domain → ownership check (meta xfile-affiliate-verification / DNS _xfile-affiliate.{domain}) → Verify → Approve or Reject. Approve and reject both require verified first (Site must be verified before approval.). If aff.webmaster_require_approval is off, verify can auto-approve.
Per-site Revenue share %: 0 = use global webmaster % (not "no share"). Domain editable only while unverified. Owner must be isWebmasterApproved; program needs aff.webmaster_enabled + aff.system_enabled.
Commission payable only when: program on, site approved + verifiedAt, owner approved and not banned.
This is not Statistics → sites (earnings KPI table).
Common problems
Approved without verifying
Blocked by API - verify first (or turn off require-approval so verify auto-approves).
Domain change blocked
After verification, domain edits are blocked - new domain needs a new verification token/flow.
