PayPal checkout is not configured

Checkout selected PayPal while it is not ready (503 short form PayPal checkout is not configured.).

Why this happens

REST credentials missing or checkout disabled. Longer siblings tell admins exactly where to paste credentials.

Diagnose and fix

1. Admin → Settings → Payment — add PayPal REST client id/secret; enable PayPal checkout; save.

2. Match sandbox vs live mode to the credentials.

3. Retry premium/traffic/top-up with PayPal.

4. See longer “add REST credentials…” articles if the UI shows those strings.
