Payout requests are not available for reseller accounts
Payouts API returned 403 for a reseller account on this withdrawal path.
Why this happens
Reseller accounts use different money flows (codes/API/balance) and are blocked from this commission payout request route. Distinct from general Commission payouts are not available for your account.
Diagnose and fix
1. Use reseller tools (Reseller codes (member), Reseller API) instead of commission payouts.
2. If the user should be an affiliate (not reseller) for payouts, adjust flags in Admin → Users.
