No payment gateway is configured — card and PayPal checkout will be unavailable until an admin adds Stripe or PayPal
Balance top-up (and similar) shows that card/PayPal checkout cannot run until an admin configures a gateway (balanceTopUp.modal.noGateway).
Why this happens
Neither Stripe nor PayPal (card path) is enabled/credentialed in Payment settings. Crypto/other gateways may still exist but this message is specifically about card/PayPal availability.
Diagnose and fix
1. Admin → Settings → Payment — add Stripe and/or PayPal credentials; enable checkout; save.
2. Confirm test/live mode matches the keys you pasted.
3. Member: refresh balance top-up; card/PayPal options should appear.
