Network error while creating administrator
Install wizard shows installWizard.errors.createAdminNetworkError when the create-admin API call fails at the network layer.
Why this happens
Browser↔app connectivity drop, app restart mid-step, or proxy timeout. Non-network create failures use a separate “Could not create administrator” message.
Diagnose and fix
1. Confirm the app is running; refresh; retry create admin.
2. Check passwords match and fields are complete.
