Install wizard shows installWizard.errors.loadStatusFailed when the status/checklist API fails.
Why this happens
Transient network/API error, app not fully up, or session/cookie issue during install.
Diagnose and fix
1. Refresh the page; retry.
2. Confirm the app process is running and reachable.
3. Check server logs if it keeps failing.
