Support validation returned support.messageMin when the message is shorter than {min}. Content field uses Content must be at least {min} characters.
Why this happens
Minimum length on message/body fields for tickets, contact, or similar support forms.
Diagnose and fix
1. Expand the message to at least {min} characters.
2. Avoid whitespace-only text.
3. Retry submit/send.
