Affiliate payout create returned 400 because the selected commissions do not match the requested amount.
Why this happens
UI/API mismatch: amount and commissionLogIds out of sync after a refresh, partial selection, or stale client state. Distinct from bare Invalid commission selection.
Diagnose and fix
1. Clear selection; pick commissions again so the amount matches the sum.
2. Refresh available earnings before submitting.
3. Avoid hand-editing the request payload.
