Each balance top-up amount must be a valid price
Saving balance top-up presets failed because an amount was empty or not a valid price (example in product: 10 or 10.00).
Why this happens
Admin plan-pricing / balance-topup-options-shared validation. Used when configuring Balance top-up presets, not when a member pays.
Diagnose and fix
1. Enter each preset as a normal decimal price (no currency symbols).
2. Remove blank rows; save again.
3. Confirm site currency expectations match the amounts.
4. Members then see those presets in Account balance top-up.
