Downloads aren't available as a guest — Premium Pro
Guests cannot download. Registered and Premium downloads are off; Premium Pro is the first tier with downloads on — so the CTA says sign in with Premium Pro.
Why this happens
Anon off; reg/prem off; ul2_dnl_on_prem_pro on. Ladder scan lands on Premium Pro.
Diagnose and fix
1. Visitor: buy/sign in as Premium Pro (or whatever account has that tier), then download.
2. Admin: enable anon, registered, or Premium downloads if the wall should be softer.
3. Confirm Plan & pricing — Premium Pro plans are purchasable.
4. Test logged-out vs Premium Pro session.
