Downloads aren't available as a guest — Premium
Guests cannot download. Registered is off; Premium has downloads on — CTA: sign in with Premium to start downloading. (Premium is checked before Premium Pro in the ladder.)
Why this happens
ul2_dnl_on_anon and ul2_dnl_on_reg off; ul2_dnl_on_prem on.
Diagnose and fix
1. Visitor: sign in with a Premium account (or upgrade), then retry.
2. Admin: enable anon/registered if free users should download without Premium.
3. Confirm Premium plans are sold under Plan & pricing.
4. If only Premium Pro should unlock downloads, turn Premium off and Pro on — guests will see the Pro CTA instead.
