Download resume not allowed for your account
A partial download (Range header) was refused for this viewer’s account type. Full text asks them to start from the beginning without a range request.
Why this happens
Resume downloads is off for their tier (toggle.ul2_resume_dl_*). Full-file downloads without Range still work. Defaults often leave guests/registered off and Premium tiers on. Distinct from CDN/proxy “range not supported” storage messages.
Diagnose and fix
1. Member/visitor: cancel and restart the download (no resume).
2. Users & limits → Resume downloads — enable for that tier if the business allows.
3. Per-user override when only one account should resume.
