Could not load webmaster overview
Webmaster tab shows webmasterPage.errors.loadOverview when the overview request fails.
Why this happens
Network/API error loading webmaster stats/config. Distinct from program-disabled or not-eligible notices after a successful response.
Diagnose and fix
1. Refresh the affiliation/webmaster tab; retry.
2. Confirm Webmaster program is enabled and the user is approved as webmaster.
3. If sites still load but overview fails, check server logs for the overview route.
