Could not load reports
Reports UI shows reports.loadFailed / Could not load reports. when fetching reports fails.
Why this happens
Network/API error or server failure — not an empty “no reports yet” state.
Diagnose and fix
1. Refresh the reports page; retry.
2. Sign out/in if the session is stale.
3. Admin: check the member reports API logs.
4. Retry later if the outage is temporary.
