Could not load captcha
Captcha gate shows captchaGate.loadFailed (Could not load captcha.) when the challenge/widget cannot be loaded.
Why this happens
Network block, ad blocker, missing provider config, or script failure. Related: Could not run reCAPTCHA. Try again / Phase 67 reCAPTCHA not configured / still loading.
Diagnose and fix
1. Refresh; allow third-party scripts for the captcha provider.
2. Try another browser or disable blockers temporarily.
3. Admin: verify Captcha provider keys (reCAPTCHA v2 keys, etc.).
