Coinbase Commerce is not configured
Generic low-level message when Coinbase Commerce settings are incomplete before an API call (broader than API-key-only).
Why this happens
Missing key and/or enable flags. Fix the same Payment settings as the checkout-not-configured siblings.
Diagnose and fix
1. Complete Coinbase Business / Commerce settings under Payment.
2. Enable checkout; save; retry.
3. Prefer the more specific API-key or “not enabled” articles when those strings appear.
4. Test with a small top-up or plan purchase.
