Cannot restore a commission that was reversed after payout
Admin affiliate-commission restore (unreverse) returned 409 because the commission was reversed after payout (cannot_restore_paid).
Why this happens
Once a commission was paid out and then reversed, restore is blocked to keep ledger/payout integrity. Distinct from “reversal disabled” and “paid commissions are final”.
Diagnose and fix
1. Do not attempt unreverse on post-payout reversals — create a correcting manual entry only if your process allows.
2. Review Affiliate commissions ledger and payout history for the user.
3. For future cases, reverse before payout when possible.
