/api/account/branding (and upload) returned 403 Branding is not available for this account.
Why this happens
User branding is off for this tier/plan, or the account lacks branding entitlement. Not a file upload failure on the main library.
Diagnose and fix
1. Admin: enable branding for the user’s tier (Which tiers may use user branding).
2. Member: upgrade if branding requires a paid plan.
3. Retry Account branding tab (member) after entitlement is on.
