Bandwidth exceeded
The download was blocked because this viewer has used their plan’s download bandwidth for the current rolling window, and there is no higher purchasable tier with more quota to suggest.
Why this happens
ul2_bw_mb_* within ul2_bw_period_days is exhausted for used + this file’s size (non–premium-traffic accounting). Downloads enabled must still be on for the tier. When a higher plan would help, you get Bandwidth exceeded — upgrade your account instead.
Diagnose and fix
1. Users & limits → Download bandwidth (ul2_bw_mb_anon / _reg / _prem / _prem_pro) and Download bandwidth rolling window (days).
2. 0 MB = unlimited for that tier (up to other gates).
3. Per-user overrides; or wait for the window to roll.
