Amount exceeds available affiliate earnings after pending holds
Affiliate withdrawal amount is higher than currently withdrawable earnings (400), after pending holds are subtracted.
Why this happens
Commissions still in Commission hold period (days), pending approval, or already requested. Available balance is lower than the ledger total.
Diagnose and fix
1. Check Affiliation dashboard / withdrawable amount; request that amount or less.
2. Wait for hold period and approval on newer commissions.
3. Admin: review Minimum payout amount and hold settings if members are confused by totals.
