How it works
Tabs: Comments for files / Comments for news. File + folder comments both use topicType: "file" (no separate folders tab). Columns: Topic, Text, Username, IP, Date. Default 30/page.
Opening the list marks loaded unread comments read (staffReadAt) and clears the sidebar badge. Edit comment changes text only (max 100_000). Delete soft-deletes (deletedAt) - no restore/hard-delete UI. There is no approve/reject/spam status.
Public posting still depends on Enable file comments, Public folder comments, News comments enabled, bad_comment_words, and captcha settings.
