Max downloads per file
Lifetime cap on total downloads of one file (all viewers), by downloader tier. Defaults Anon 500, Reg 1000, paid 0 unlimited.
Max downloads per file
Lifetime cap on how many times one file may be downloaded in total (all viewers combined). The limit applied is the downloader's tier column. 0 = unlimited.
