On a new sign-in from a different IP, other active sessions for that member are revoked. Default off.

When on, a successful sign-in from a new IP revokes that member's other active sessions whose IP differs (or has no IP recorded).

How it works
Limits one account staying logged in across many networks at once. Mobile users (carrier IP changes, CGNAT) get logged out often - expect support tickets.
Common problems
Keep getting logged out on phone
This switch plus changing mobile IPs. Turn it off for consumer sites, or explain why.
