Days before a member can edit the same payout method again. Default 7. 0 = no lock. Does not send money.

How many days a member must wait before editing the same payout method again (for example changing a PayPal email). 0 disables the lock. Range 0-3650; empty/invalid → 7.

How it works
Each method has its own timer. Members can still switch to a different payout method anytime. This reduces hijack risk after account takeover (attacker cannot instantly reroute withdrawals).
This setting does not move money. Affiliates/webmasters still request withdrawals; you approve and pay under Admin → Payout using the locked destination fields.
