Maximum grant requests allowed per public file id in a rolling 10-minute window (all visitors combined). Stops one hot file from minting unlimited temp links.

Admin → Settings → Files → Downloads → Grant rate limit per file
Setting key: download_grant_rate_file
Default 80. Window length is fixed (not an admin field). Counts every attempt, including blocked ones.
