Master switch for the Upload page Files tab and chunk upload APIs. Defaults on.

When off, the dashboard File upload tab is hidden and chunk upload APIs refuse new uploads (403).

Admin → Settings → Mods → Upload sources → Desktop uploader
Setting key: toggle.m_z (defaults on)
How it works
This is the normal browser / drag-and-drop uploader. Remote URL, Copy, SFTP, and Member API have their own switches.
Tier limits (Users limits) and Disable uploads maintenance can still block uploads when this mod is on.
Common problems
Upload tab gone
This switch is off — or uploads disabled for that tier / site maintenance.
