Admin → Settings → Settings (first tab) → Site identity → Contact email

How it works
Use a mailbox you actually read. It is not the same as Email from address (outbound From), though they can match.
The mailer may use this domain when email_from is only a local-part (example: noreply + contact domain).
Common problems
Users write here and nobody answers
Wrong mailbox or aggressive filters. Point it at a shared inbox you monitor.
Confused with From address
Contact = where people reach you. From = what appears on mail the script sends. Set both on purpose.
