Admin → Settings → Mods → Anti adblock → Anti-adblock full site
Setting key: toggle.anti_adblock_full_site
How it works
Both this Mods toggle and Users limits → Anti-adblock for the visitor's tier must be on. If the tier gate is off, all anti-adblock Mods switches are ignored for that visitor.
Common problems
Nobody sees the notice
Tier Anti-adblock off, or this mod off.

Full-site blocking is aggressive. Prefer Anti-adblock download page or Anti-adblock download button first.
