Use this when affiliates say earnings are missing, stuck, or too low/high.
Who gets paid (money path)

Master switch: aff.system_enabled (Affiliate system).
1. Program and user gates
1. Affiliate system on.
2. User has Approved affiliation (and Approved webmaster for webmaster payouts).
3. Sale appears on Payment transactions list with attribution you can open.
2. Attribution path
?aff=/ last-click cookie (xfa_aff) — cookie duration and preserve-on-revisit settings matter.?wm=/ referer — site must be Verified + Approved. Webmaster sites and verification.- Promo links: Affiliate promo links (

3. State machine (often “missing” is just Pending)

Ledger: Affiliate commissions ledger. Cash out: Payout → requests. Transfer to site balance is not the same as a cash payout.
4. Fraud / percent surprises
- Self-purchase / same-IP blocks (
aff.fraud_block_self_purchase,aff.fraud_block_same_ip). - Daily commission cap (
aff.fraud_max_commission_cents_per_day). - Per-plan JSON overrides vs global percents.
- Site Rev % 0 usually means “use global default” — not “pay nothing” (confirm in Affiliation settings UI).
5. Member-facing confusion
- Below minimum payout → withdraw blocked.
- Dashboard locked without approval.
- Pending ≠ unpaid forever — wait out Commission hold period (days).
