How it works
Provider comes from site captcha mode. Whether the download page asks is per-tier Users limits (toggle.ul2_cap_dl_anon|reg|prem|prem_pro - seed often anon/reg on, premium off). Guests use the anon column; signed-in users use their billing tier.
Direct-download Premium/Pro bypasses captcha and countdown. If captcha is required but provider keys are incomplete, the UI may let you continue and the grant route skips verify.
