Password login returned AUTH_ACCOUNT_SUSPENDED (403). Shown for suspended/banned accounts and some auto-ban rules (e.g. too many distinct login IPs in a window).
Why this happens
Admin ban, or automated enforcement after risky login patterns. Distinct from This account is not active yet (pending/inactive status) and from IP-only login bans without suspending the user.
Diagnose and fix
1. Member: contact support; do not keep guessing passwords.
2. Admin: Banned users / IPs / user edit — review reason; unsuspend if appropriate.
3. Review Max login IPs per hour if auto-ban is too aggressive.
4. Related emails: Account banned email.
