This file can't be copied right now
Copy from public returned 503: the source file’s storage server row could not be loaded, so the copy cannot run right now.
Why this happens
runMemberCopyFromPublicImport needs the source serverId config. If that server was removed, never synced, or is otherwise unavailable in admin, you get this soft failure — different from “source blob missing” (404) or “dest storage server not available.”
Diagnose and fix
1. Admin → Servers — find the server that owns the source file; restore or recreate it if missing.
2. Confirm the server is online and healthy (not stuck offline after a move).
3. Check Transfer queue if files were mid-migration between servers.
4. Retry Copy after the source node is back; if the public file itself is gone, the member needs a different link.
