Live downloads UI shows liveDownload.signInRequired when there is no member session.
Why this happens
Live transfer monitoring is per-account. Distinct from Live download not available for your account (signed in but feature/plan blocked).
Diagnose and fix
1. Sign in, then reopen Live downloads.
2. See Live download page / Live downloads monitor.
3. If signed in but blocked, see Live download not available for your account.
