SFTP import session is not ready
SFTP ingest returned SFTP import session is not ready. (sftpIngestSessionNotImporting) when the import session is not in the expected importing state.
Why this happens
Import finished, expired, or never started — a follow-up ingest call arrived too early/late. Distinct from site/server SFTP disabled messages.
Diagnose and fix
1. Retry after a short wait; start a fresh SFTP upload if needed.
2. Confirm SFTP ingest is enabled on a storage server (Admin SFTP ingestion / SFTP on storage nodes).
